As part of the general urban development concept, a solitaire building was designed in keeping with the ensemble. With its elliptical courtyard form, it opens onto the surrounding landscape, communicating with the adjacent buildings in the public space in terms of both structural subdivision and material.
The elliptical shape, which is emphasised on the courtyard side by a timber-frame design, uses curved hallways to prevent the interior appearing too reminiscent of an institution.
