This situation called for the design and construction of a public administration building which would meet the needs of a small town.  An ensemble comprising a town hall, residential housing and a municipal hall building was conceived for the competition.  The town hall was intended to exemplify the altered self-image of a young community, with its distinctive, square based cube, whose straight lines were highlighted by the choice of natural stone for the façade.

The offices are grouped around a glass-ceilinged air space, avoiding the need for corridor areas and providing visitors with an optimal overview.  Thus one can take in the interior of the town hall at a single glance.
